The Real Estate Pipeline (Pipeline Imobiliário) system monitors constructions, based on information on building permits and energy certification.
This information system, allows subscribers to know the various construction projects undergoing, visualizing them on interactive maps, with the possibility of applying filters. Market players are also available, from developer/owner to the author of the architectural project.

Confidencial Imobiliário is an independent databank, being the only source in Portugal publishing statistical data based on real transaction prices, yields and residential lease contracts, along with information about the real estate projects in pipeline.
Developed with Django, we used Django Rest Framework to give access to the native Django ORM. Together with Geoserver to deliver efficient map tiles.
